This 60 x 154 ft lot is mostly trees and brush in a gated community on Lake Cypress. It has a paved street front with access to electric, water and phone. The three surrounding lots are open and could be bought also. Tall Tree North is a gated community with tennis courts, swimming pool, nice club house, play ground, boat ramp and dock with many beautiful homes. This is a secluded back lot thus the low price(paid $2k). I have the clear deed recorded at Franklin Cty court house and can simply sign it over to you and rerecord.
